“At 30 March 2025 the Company has net liabilities of £442,520 (2024 - £393,795). The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes the Company will continue trading for the foreseeable future, being a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors regularly review the Company's ability to continue as going concern, and continually monitor weekly, monthly and annual cash flow forecasts. The Company is currently being financed by its parent Company. In assessing the ability of the Company to continue to operate as a going concern the lender has indicated their ongoing financial support. A letter of support has been provided by a Director to the parent company confirming they will provide support for a period of at least 12 months from the date the financial statements are signed.”
