The Company's trading operation ceased in June 2018 following the loss of its final customer contract. Whilst the Directors are not able to estimate the timetable for the final winding up of the Company at this time, all assets and liabilities are measured and reported at their estimated net realisable values, reflecting the amounts expected to be realised or settled in the course of liquidating the entity. As of 31 December 2024, the company has no assets or liabilities and no ongoing operations. Therefore, the Directors believe it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a basis other than that of a going concern.
