Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “The trade of Horizon Geosciences Limited was transferred to Gardline Limited, a fellow subsidiary within the Boskalis Group, with effect from from the 1st January 2021. Horizon Geosciences continued to complete all legacy contracts, hence some limited transactions within this business in the current and prior year. All legacy contracts have now been completed and the company is effectively now no longer trading. The turnover for the current and prior year relates to the unwinding of deferred income relating to the legacy contracts.”
