“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The group has shareholder's equity of £1.3m as at 31 December 2023 (2022: £1.2m). The group generated a profit in the year of £290k (2022: £530k) and has cash in hand of £1.6m (2022: £1.3m). The director has a reasonable expectation that the company and the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least twelve months from the date these financial statements were approved. Accordingly, he continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
