  These events or conditions indicate the existence of a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and therefore, the Company may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business. The Directors expect that the Company will be sold, the Parent Company's debt will be repaid and therefore, the Company's property will be released from acting as security to the Parent Company's loan. Consequently, notwithstanding the material uncertainty on the going concern assumption, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements and consider it appropriate to continue to prepare the Company's financial statements on a going concern basis.
