“The Board has considered the going concern assessment which includes the principal financial uncertainties facing the Academy Trust between now and December 2026, and feels the Trust has adequately protected its position to continue operating with appropriate reserve levels for at least a 12-month period from the date of approval of this report and there are no material uncertainties in this regard.”
