“The company's principal activity is the provision of trade, consultancy and support services to other group companies. It is therefore dependent on the group for the management of its cash and working capital. On this basis, a letter of support has been received from its parent company, Olam International Limited, which indicates that it will provide financial support to the company, if required, to enable it to meet its liabilities for a period until 31 December 2026. The company's directors therefore have a reasonable expectation that the company will continue in operational existence for a period of 12 month from the date of approval of these financial statements and, accordingly, the directors continue to prepare the company's financial statements on a going concern basis.”
