Material uncertainty over going concern
The Company has prepared the financial statements on a basis other than going concern, as M&G UK Property Limited Partnership (the LP for which the Company provides General Partner services) is in liquidation, which is expected to be completed within 16 months of the signing date of these financial statements. Once this process is complete, the Directors intend to liquidate the Company. The impact on the financial statements is that investments in subsidiaries of £2 have been impaired to £nil. The related creditors of £2 for amounts owing to group undertakings related to these subsidiaries have also been written off to £nil. Any liquidation costs are expected to be borne by the immediate parent company, M&G Real Estate Limited. Consequently, there is no overall impact on the net assets of the Company as a result of discontinuing the going concern basis.
