“After making appropriate enquiries and based on the confirmation of support from the DfE, the Board of Governors has a reasonable expectation that the Academy Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason the Board of Governors continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the accounts.”
