“For the year ended 31 December 2024, the Company made a profit after tax for the year of £5,792,000 and at 31 December 2024 the Company had net assets at that date of £22,687,000. The Company's turnover increased from the prior year as the retail channel outperformed the market coupled with the strengthening of the on-trade. The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis due to strong cash flow and positive financial performance in 2025 to date which is supported by its projected cash flows for the 12 months from signing this report.”
