“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the Trustees' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Academy Trust's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “The Trust operates 8 alternative provision academies in Cornwall & Devon, 1 special academy, 2 medical academies including Sowenna, a tier 4 CAMHS unit for whom Wave provide the education services. Its academies have a combined pupil capacity of 740 and had a roll of 768 in the school census in January 2025.”
• “During the year, the Trust has carried out a range of capital improvements including radiator and water heater projects, food technology teaching kitchen expansion, damp remediation, pitched roof replacement, fire safety upgrades, playground installations, new gym areas, freehold purchase, MUGA, creation of canteen area, fencing, CCTV, air conditioning remediation, and relocation to one site.”
