Going concern
Affirmed

“The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue its operations for a period of at least 12 months from the date that the financial statements are approved. In making this assessment the Directors have considered the solvency, liquidity and operational resilience of the Company, taking into account current performance and financial position, factors likely to affect the Company's future development, and key risks in the current economic climate. Additionally, the Directors reviewed the liquidity projections of the Company and the ability of the M&G Group, of which the Company is a member, to access external funding sources and the management actions that could be used to manage liquidity. The results of the assessment demonstrated the ability of the Company to meet all obligations and future business requirements for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. For this reason, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
