“At the time of approving the financial statements, the Director is required to form a judgement as to whether the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For the year ended 31 December 2024, the Company made a profit of US$7,295,000. As at 31 December 2024, the Company had net current assets of US$19,737,000, with current liabilities totaling US$122,017,000, of which US$88,375,000 was owed to group undertakings. Having considered the Company's performance so far during 2025 and its prospects for the next twelve month from the date of this report, the Director is satisfied that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the Company's financial statements.”
