“Regular monitoring of income and expenditure gives the trustees a clear insight into the Academy's financial situation. The Board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that the Academy Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “The Trust operates Webster Primary School as a Group Four school for pupils from 3 to 11 years of age. During the period covered by this report the school operated with a 52 place Nursery (part time 15 hour places), two forms of entry in Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, Year 5 and Year 6 and three forms of entry in Year 4.”
- “The school continues to serve the inner-city districts of Moss Side and Hulme, areas of significant social disadvantage, characterised by above average mobility and high numbers of International New Arrivals. A number of pupils come from neighboring districts or further afield. There are 42 different languages spoken at the school.”
- “The school also provided a Local Authority funded Resource Provision for 7 pupils with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and/or Specific Language Impairment.”
- “The school underwent its most recent graded Ofsted inspection in March 2025. In line with the current inspection framework, no overall effectiveness grade was given; instead, the school was judged across the key areas. Outcomes were strongly positive: Quality of Education - Good; Behavior and Attitudes - Outstanding; Personal Development - Outstanding; Leadership and Management - Good; Early Years Provision - Good”
- “EYFS Outcomes continued to improve, with the proportion of children achieving a Good Level of Development increasing from 53.3% in 2024 to 56.1% in 2025, marking sustained progress over time.”
- “Year 1 Phonics Check: 82.1% of pupils achieved the expected standard in 2025, remaining well above national outcomes.”

- “The school continues to demonstrate excellence through its consistent recognition by prestigious organisations. It holds the British Council's International Schools Award for the 2022-2025 period, a distinction it has maintained since 2007. In addition, the Academy proudly holds the following awards: One Education Reading Award, Arts Council of England's Platinum Artsmark, Unicef Rights Respecting Schools Award (Silver), Emotionally Friendly Schools Award.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
