“After making appropriate enquiries, the Executive Board has a reasonable expectation that the Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

This led to the Trust becoming an associatc member of Bourne Education Trust, a larger academy trust made up of schools across Hampshire, Richmond and Surrey, on 1 September 2025.”
- “Tilbury Douglas were appointed by the DfE as the contractors responsible for the development of the new sports hall, cafeteria and playground space at FCA. Client engagement meetings took place during the 23/24 year and, following planning permission being granted, the contract was signed in August 2025. Tilbury Douglas broke ground in autumn 2025.”
