  Material uncertainty over going concern

  Given this, the Company is unable to operate without financial support from its parent. A capital injection is planned for 2025, and therefore the directors are confident in the Company's ability to continue its operations for at least a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis. There is however no legally binding agreement between the Company and its parent company to provide this financial support, and therefore a material uncertainty exists which may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
