  The Trust is starting the process of being dissolved and moving into a larger trust within the Diocese of Shrewsbury. The expected date for this transfer is the 1st July 2026. The decision to dissolve the Trust in its current format is not a financial decision but a voluntary decision based on the vision of the Diocese of Shrewsbury to have all Catholic Schools in Trusts of similar sizes. With this in mind, these accounts have been prepared with an intention to dissolve the Trust within the next 12 months and are prepared on a basis other than going concern.
