The customer has yet to provide substantiation for the claim and has also indicated that their preferred outcome is a mitigated settlement. At the date of approval of these financial statements there is uncertainty with regards to the timing of any claim and the potential financial impact on the Group. Therefore, we believe that the possibility of an outflow is remote.”
