“The Directors have obtained a letter of support from the company's ultimate parent undertaking, Etex NV, to provide any necessary financial support to the company in order to discharge its liabilities as they fall due. As at the date of signing these financial statements, the Directors believe that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the approval of the financial statements. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
