Material uncertainty over going concern
In November 2022 the directors took the decision to cease trading in February 2023. As the directors do not intend to acquire a replacement trade, they have not prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis. This decision is a result of the loss-making nature of the company, coupled with the directors being unable to establish a path to profitability in future years. ekaterra B.V, the intermediate parent entity, has agreed to provide financial support to facilitate the wind-up of the company. Accordingly, the directors have not prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis. As a result, assets and liabilities have been measured at their estimated realisable values and settlement amounts rather than on a going concern basis. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
