“After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that the Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. Due Diligence is currently being undertaken, with a final decision to be made by the Trustees in January 2026. Should the merger be approved by the Trustees, it is expected that the Trust will take over the assets, liabilities and operations of the other Trust on 31 March 2026.”
