“After making appropriate enquiries, the board of trustees has a reasonable expectation that the academy trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Whilst uncertainties clearly exist across the country, the trustees have considerable confidence in the academy trust's financial security, having ensured the academy trust holds robust staffing models which are analysed each year in order to secure financial stability. For this reason the academy trust continues to adopt the 'going concern' basis in preparing the annual financial statements.”
