“The Company's parent company, Millicom International Cellular S.A. has provided a statement of guarantee, confirming its intention to underwrite, guarantee, settle, fund or otherwise take full responsibility for the liabilities of the Company, should the Company be unable to do so. As a result of this statement of guarantee the Directors consider that the Company has adequate resources and facilities to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, and therefore the financial statements contained herein are prepared on a going concern basis.”
