“The Company's financial statements presented hereafter have been prepared on a going concern basis based on internal financial projections covering a period in excess of 12 months from the date of approving the financial statements. The projections reflect the latest estimates and assumptions made by the directors that affect the reported amounts of assets and liabilities and related disclosures as at 31 December 2024. It is the directors' view that the forecast cash flows, and ongoing financial support provided by the parent company, Etsy, Inc., support the conclusion that the Company should continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
