“The Company is expected to continue as a going concern into the foreseeable future. The Directors have undertaken an assessment which included reviewing the current results against the prior financial period and assessing the solvency and liquidity of the business. This was supported by a cash flow analysis over a 12-month period from year end, extending to September 2025. Based on this assessment, the Directors do not anticipate any cash flow issues going forward. The Directors do not expect any changes to the business or structure of the Company in the future which impacts the assessment performed.”
