“After making appropriate enquiries, the board of Trustees, including all Committees, has a reasonable expectation that the academy trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the near future. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

- “In January 2024, Farley Junior Academy was subject to its first OFSTED following conversion, the school was graded as outstanding. The inspection validated the self-evaluation which was put before the Trustees by the CEO/Headteacher. Whipperley Infant Academy was subject to an ungraded inspection in May 2024 the school's overall judgement remains good, but evidence gathered suggested that if a section 5 inspection was conducted the school might be outstanding.”
