- PKF Francis Clark
- Audit opinion
- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“Management has assessed the Company's financial position, cash flows, and funding sources, as well as its continued support from its investor Volpi Capital LLP, and believes that it has adequate resources to continue its operations for at least the next twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. As a result, the going concern assumption is considered appropriate, and no adjustments have been made to the carrying values of assets or liabilities.”
Significant events
- “Lightfoot continues to be a leader amongst its competitors and is constantly innovating to create solutions to our customers problems, as demonstrated through development of our new income stream 'Winnie' and the gamification of this proposition.”
- “2024 was a year of continued growth with sales growing by 29.1% to £15.3m, and our total connected units (including Winnie & Camera units) growing by 21.5% to 89,675.”
- “The material macro risks to the business remain the ongoing disruption to global supply chains driven by geopolitical tensions, including the invasion of Ukraine, alongside changes to global trade and tariffs, and inflationary pressures linked to the cost of living crisis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
