“After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Governors has a reasonable expectation that the Academy Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. With pupil numbers increasing to 71, the School was able to operate in surplus. With 71 pupils also at the start of 2025/26, continued operation in surplus is expected. For this reason the Academy Trust continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
