“The directors believe that preparing the Financial Statements on the going concern basis is appropriate. The company acts as a financing company within the Kelda group and has a net asset position at the year end date. The directors believe that there are no material uncertainties that could cast significant doubt over the ability of the Kelda group to continue as a going concern, and therefore in turn the ability of the company to continue as a going concern. The directors have thus adopted the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the Financial Statements.”
