“The board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that the academy trust will have adequate resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future. They base this on: Annual grant income related to student numbers is sufficient to fund the planned core expenditure through 2024/25. The Trust plans to deliver revenue surpluses over the next 3 years. The Trust plans to maintain free reserves at a minimum of 5% over the next three years. For this reason the board of trustees continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the accounts.”
