“The Directors have performed a going concern assessment which indicates that, in reasonably possible downside scenarios, the Company will require additional funds through funding from its immediate parent company, Balfour Beatty Investment Holdings Limited ("BBIHL"), to meet its liabilities as they fall due during the 12 month period from the date of approval of the financial statements, which is the going concern assessment period. BBIHL has indicated its intention to continue to make available such funds as are needed by the Company for the period covered by the forecast.”
