“Resonance Real Lettings GP Limited moved to a profit share arrangement in February 2023 and in the full year to 31st March 2025 received a General Partner profit share which is expected to continue for the foreseeable future, due to the strong post year-end performance of the Limited Partner, Real Lettings Property Fund Limited Partnership. The Directors acknowledge that the company has net liabilities on the balance sheet. However the company was established to act as General Partner in the Real Lettings Property Fund Limited Partnership and the Group has confirmed that it will provide financial support to enable the company to continue this role for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. As a result, the Directors consider the company to remain a going concern.”
