“In coming to their conclusion the Directors have considered the Group's loss and cash flow based on the Group's approved 3 year plans for the period of at least 12 months from the date these financial statements were approved. It should be noted the exceptional loss due to the harvest is viewed as an extraordinary event and the first Gusbourne's history.”
