“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Company is reliant on its ability to continue to access this cash in order to meet its liabilities as they fall due over the going concern period, through to March 31, 2027. The directors have considered the Company's rights under the cash management agreement and have made enquiries of the management of Siemens AG to satisfy themselves that the Company has an unconditional right to access this cash through the going concern period and that Siemens AG will have sufficient liquidity through the cash management agreement when required.”
