“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In adopting the going concern basis, the Directors have considered the Company's operations and principal risks and uncertainties. ... Based on this assessment and given the Company's strong balance sheet position with net current assets of £11,742k (31 December 2023: £9,432k), the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and consider it appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.”
