Material uncertainty over going concern
The ultimate parent Company, Halma plc group, intends to strike-off the Company as part of its legal entity rationalisation project. Assets and Liabilities remain materially unchanged as they will all be transferred to Static Systems Group by 31 March 2026. The directors have made appropriate provisions in order to bring about the orderly strike-off of the Company and its operations. As a result the going concern basis of preparation was not deemed appropriate and the financial statements have been prepared on a break-up basis.
