“The Directors have considered going concern in preparing these financial statements. Detailed forecasts including the Company are prepared on a Tarmac Group basis for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Tarmac Group as a whole is profitable and cash-generative. These forecasts show that there is sufficient cash headroom in each individual month across the period, allowing the Tarmac companies to continue to operate with significant cash headroom whilst meeting daily cash flow requirements over this period. ... Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
