“The Company has a net current asset position of £39,999k and made a profit after tax of £3,392k. The Company's financial position reflects appropriate reserves to continue to operate as normal. The Company has access to funds from its parent as required. During the year the parent made a capital contribution of £18,870k relating to an Athora Equity Awards scheme. Based on the actions of management, the Directors consider that the Company has adequate resources to continue in business for the foreseeable future.”
