“The directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements after considering the current economic climate, the inflationary cost environment and other risk factors. The business has performed strongly in 2024 with growth in turnover and continued to be profitable. The Company has prepared a cash flow forecast which supports its ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the signing of the financial statements.”

- “In 2024 the Company saw strong demand and turnover growth whilst undertaking major development works at the Resort. These works are expected to be completed in 2025 with the opening of the Masters Suite, Brabazon Wing and Leisure Club.”
- “The Company has commenced development for the expansion of The Belfry Hotel and Resort. This includes a ballroom, additional bedrooms and enhancements to the leisure facilities available, together with a renovation of the existing rooms and facilities.
