“Given the long-term nature of the company's loan from its ultimate shareholders, the directors have concluded that the company is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future and have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis. The Directors have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
