  Material uncertainty over going concern

  The trustees make this assessment in respect of a period of at least one year from the date of authorisation for issue of the financial statements and have concluded that there are material uncertainties about the academy trust's ability to continue as a going concern. We draw attention to Note 25 in the financial statements, which indicates a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt ont he company's ability to continue as a going concern. This is due to the fact that as of 31 August 2025 the academy trust has £32,140 in free reseves which is equal to one weeks running cost. The academy joined a MAT on 1 September 2025 who will financially support the academy.
