“After making appropriate enquiries, the Governing Board has a reasonable expectation that the Academy Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The academy is prepared for a significant and anticipated reduction in pupil numbers across Blackpool and nationally and has reserves to support this.”
