Affirmed

“The directors have reviewed a detailed re-forecast and weekly cashflow forecasts for the 12 month period from the date of signing these financial statements which includes the following assumptions, market intelligence and company track record has been used to shape relatively prudent estimates, adaptation of the business model to a digitalised approach, increased focus on the information security and cyber security as a growth area and the potential to utilise existing bank facilities should the need arise As such the directors believe that they have a reasonable expectation that the company will be able to operate within its available resources and there will be sufficient funds to enable the company to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future As a result, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
