The Trustees believe that the Academy Trust will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. However, because of the reserves deficit there remains a material uncertainty about the Academy Trust's ability to continue as a going concern which cast significant doubt on the Academy Trusts ability to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business and to continue as a going concern.
