“The school, with all reasonableness, expects to be able to pay all of its debts when they fall due for the period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. This is subject to unforeseen variables outside the control of the organisation i.e. Government direction, DfE decision making and externally influenced rises in running costs significant price as well as pay review guided pay increases.”
