“After making appropriate enquiries, the Governing Body has a reasonable expectation that the Academy Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Financial forecasts have been prepared for the three years 2025/26 to 2027/28 which indicate that the Academy Trust will be able to finance its activities out of existing reserves. For this reason it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. Further details regarding the adoption of the going concern basis can be found in the Statement of Accounting Policies.”
