“The company remains profitable and has strong cash reserves at the balance sheet date. Management have prepared detailed forecasts to December 2026 and, having considered the assumptions and conclusions made by management and the availability of financial resources, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, and as a minimum for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
