“In the current financial year the Group has cash outflows of £12.5m (2023: £9m inflows) and an operating loss of £17.4m (2023: £4.5m profit). The operating loss includes a loss on disposal of the right-of-use asset and lease liability of £24.9m. In addition the Group has net current liabilities at 31 December 2024 of £2.2m (2023: £10.2m net assets). The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicate that, taking account of reasonably possible downsides, the Group and the Company will have sufficient funds including refunding the cash held in relation to tickets for future events, to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. In addition, the directors have considered a downside scenario in which there is an impact on income as a result of current inflation and cost of living reducing consumer spend and even with a revenue reduction of 20% and costs remaining the same, the entity would still meet its financial obligations for the 12 months. Consequently, the directors are confident that the Group and Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
