“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. For the year ended 30 June 2025 the Company recorded a loss after tax of US$2,751,206 (2024: loss after tax of US$5,074,972). As at 30 June 2025 the company has net current asset deficiency of US$142,162 (2024: net current assets deficiency of US$744,299). The company relies on 'an undertaking by the ultimate parent entity, DUG Technology Ltd, to provide ongoing financial support to enable the company to remain a going concern and to pay its debts as and when they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of this financial report. This undertaking has been provided to the company in writing.”
