As part of determining if the going concern assumption is appropriate for this company, the directors have therefore challenged and scrutinised the ability of the Kelda group to continue as a going concern including the budget and the cash position of the group, specifically the sufficiency of the funds available to fund the operating and capital investment activities of the Kelda group for at least the 12 months from the date of signing the Financial Statements.”
